-Our Made Collection, all the pieces that we've designed, (dishware, ceramics and wood items) have been manufactured and produced locally in TN, apart from the bedding, which was made in Europe, so that you could have the finest linens available in the world.
-Our Collected pieces are specialty items and antiques that come from all over the world!
-Our Sourced vendors use their own manufacturing locations, some of those are in the US and others are outside.
In order to best assist you with a new shipping address, please email our customer experience team here with your desired address so they can look into updating this for you right away! Please know if your order has already been processed and shipped we will be unable to make any changes to the original address.
We will do all we can to assist with cancelling your order. Please reach out to the Customer Experience Team immediately after your order is placed if a cancellation is needed. If the order has been processed and/or has shipped, a cancellation will not be available.
Once your order has been processed at our fulfillment center you will receive a tracking number in a separate email.
If you receive an incorrect product or any items arrive broken or damaged, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 48hrs of receiving your order with your order number, name the order was placed under, and a photo of the item for our team to review.
Yes! All of our gift cards are sent electronically. We do not offer physical gift cards at this time.
If you need to check your gift card balance or purchase an amount not offered, please email support@tomlinhouse.com.
Preorders are orders for items that are not currently in stock, but expected to ship out at a later date. The estimated shipping timeframe for the item will be displayed on the product page. Should there be any delays, you will receive an email regarding an updated timeline. If you purchase a preorder product, payment will be charged at checkout and the item will be reserved for you. Once the product reaches our warehouse, your preorder item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. Preorders may be canceled anytime until the order ships. Please contact our Customer Experience Team if you have any questions about your order.
If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, your in stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days.
