FAQ
The pickup option will be available at checkout as long as your cart contains items that are eligible.
Cut off for orders to be picked up on Thursday, is Wednesday evenings at midnight. Orders placed after midnight will not be available next day, but will be the following Thursday.
Orders can be picked up on Thursdays from 12pm-6pm CST. Orders placed after midnight on Wednesday's can be picked up the following Thursday during the pickup hours. For orders that cannot be picked up on the date and time offered, Tomlin House will hold your order for 30 days before processing a cancellation for the order.
For specialty rush pickup requests we require a minimum spend of $500 and 24hrs notice within business days. Please email support@tomlinhouse.com for further assistance.

If you cannot make the pick up date and time, Tomlin House will hold your order for 30 days before processing a cancellation for the order.
Please bring your order information that includes your order number and your confirmation email.
