Holiday Shipping Cut Off Times 

To ensure your order is delivered in time for the holiday season, all Fedex Ground orders must be placed by December 14th and all USPS order must be placed by December 17th.


Any Sourced orders placed December 21st through January 1st will begin the processing period on January 3rd. Please keep in mind this does not reflect the shipping timeframe.


Last day to pick up local pickup orders will be Monday, December 19th from 12pm-5pm (for orders placed by midnight December 18th). Orders placed between December 19th-January 4th will be available for pick up January 5th. 


Shipping Policy

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible and to guarantee your order reaches you when expected, please find our shipping policies below for all online orders. Our business shipping hours:


Monday — Friday, 8 a.m. — 2 p.m. CST, excluding national holidays


Shipping Timeframes

All non-furniture items will be processed within 2 business days and shipping will take up to 3-5 business days.


All furniture items like sofas, chairs, rugs, beds, cabinets, lighting, etc. have the individual process times listed on each product page that can be found under the Shipping + Returns tab. Although Tomlin House provides estimated processing timeframes, there could be unexpected additional delays that Tomlin House is not responsible for. 


Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the next business day and delivered within the appropriate timeframe. 


Please note that Tomlin House is not responsible for carrier delays and will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

Majority of our sourced items will be delivered by a third party carrier. With these carriers, please see below what two types of delivery services are offered: 

White Glove Delivery includes appointment scheduling, unpacking, placement of furniture in room of choice with 2 flights of stairs included, 30 min light onsite assembly with removal of debris and a signature upon delivery. 

Threshold Delivery includes appointment scheduling, delivery to the first dry area inside of home, no unpacking and a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Exclusions 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer internationally shipping and are unable to ship to the following Non Continental U.S. territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island. Additionally we cannot ship to APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping services in the near future. 


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
