Shipping Policy

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible and to guarantee your order reaches you when expected, please find our shipping policies below for all online orders. Our business shipping hours:

Monday — Friday, 8 a.m. — 2 p.m. CST, excluding national holidays


Shipping Timeframes

All non-furniture items will be processed within 2 business days and shipping will take up to 3-5 business days.

All furniture items like sofas, chairs, rugs, beds, cabinets, lighting, etc. have the individual lead times listed on each product page under the Shipping + Returns tab. Although Tomlin House provides estimated lead times, there could be unexpected delays that Tomlin House is not responsible for. 

Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the next business day.

Please note that Tomlin House is not responsible for carrier delays and will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

 **Holiday Shipping Cutoff**

Place your order by 11:59pm CST on December 14th to receive your Tomlin House order by Christmas. Please note, this does not include made to order wrapping paper, or art prints. 

Furniture Delivery

The majority of our sourced items will be delivered by a third party carrier. With these carriers, please see below the two types of delivery services offered: 

White Glove Delivery includes appointment scheduling, unpacking, placement of furniture in room of choice with 2 flights of stairs included, 30 min light onsite assembly with removal of debris and a signature upon delivery. 

Threshold Delivery includes appointment scheduling, delivery to the first dry area inside of home, no unpacking and a signature upon delivery.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.

Any items delivered with a third party carrier must be inspected upon delivery, and a signature provided upon receipt. Any damage discovered must be noted on the bill of lading. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Local Pickup

Tomlin House offers local pickup on select items. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with a link to select a time to pickup your order. Orders will be available for pickup at 3796 Bedford Ave. Suite 204, Nashville, TN 37215.


Shipping Exclusions 

At this time, we only offer shipping to the 48 states in the continental United States. We are unable to ship to the following U.S. territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, we cannot ship to APO addresses. 


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
