It couldn't be simpler, just enter your trade discount code at checkout. You can check your Trade Tier Level Status and Trade Discount code anytime by logging into your account.
Yes, our Trade Program is open to all licensed interior designers, decorators and architects. If that’s you, we’d love for you to join! Please provide the requested credentials and/or business documents during the application process.
Correct! As long as you provide a valid resale certificate when applying for membership, you will not be charged sales tax on your orders.
As with all good things… Membership status, along with your tier status within the program, is subject to change from time to time for a variety of reasons, such as not hitting yearly order minimums (for Tiers 2 & 3) or ceasing to be a part of the trade. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details regarding our Trade Program and Trade Tier Level Status.
Yes. Original Artwork, Sale Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for the Trade Program discount.
